Our Team

With experience in site construction since 1977, Doug has seen all sides of the industry. In his first role out of high school, he worked for a construction company and became an expert in grading and installing sanitary sewer, stormwater, and waterline systems. In 1981, he established his own company in which he performed all scopes of site work for residential and commercial land developers. In 1997, he bought his first property to develop a SFR subdivision and has developed more than 2,500 lots since that first purchase. Doug is married to his wife of 42 years and they love to spend time with their two daughters and five grandchildren.

David grew his career for more than 15 years as a real estate construction lender with various community banks. In this role, he learned the foundations of real estate financing and built many relationships across industries that would later help propel his success. In 1999, he co-founded his first home-building company, Paul Thomas Homes. Years later, he co-founded his second, Springer and Co. During their time together, he and his partner built more than 1,500 homes for sale in the metropolitan Atlanta area. In his downtime, David enjoys competing in triathlon races, flying his Cirrus airplane, and spending time with his daughter.

For over 30 years, Matt has worked as a licensed MAI Real Estate Appraiser in Metro Atlanta with a focus on both Residential and Commercial properties. With his experience and knowledge, Matt is frequently called upon to be a consultant for lending institutions as well as being an expert witness in property value disputes.

Driven by a growing interest in land development, Matt founded Corridor Development Inc. in 1997. Since then, he has successfully delivered over 1,000 commercial and residential lots to the Metro Atlanta market. With his knowledge of property values and development expertise, Matt compliments the Bridgeway team as it continues to grow its business to become a major residential development company throughout Metro Atlanta.

When he is not working, Matt enjoys spending quality time at home with his wife of 34 years, their two daughters, and his grandchildren.
